The Bill of the Resolution (Reg.№3693) it recommended that the temporary moratorium should be implemented on the adoption of the on liquidation, alienation, conversion of recreation institutions (for children, professional orientation) by the local self-governing bodies and the power state bodies
The Members of the Committee upholds the legislative initiative regarding the protection of the network of the domestic recreation estates of the different property forms still expressing number of remarks and motions to the Bill.
As a result of the discussion, the Committee adopted the decision to recommend the Parliament the adoption of the Bill with the remarks and motions.
